I definitely feel like this MV is the most crimson heart related one yet. It seems to fit just after they decide to embark on their adventure and the premise of this MV is that they have broken free of the rules and illusions of perfection from refugia and they are gathering people to join their cause.
I did watch it! I haven’t had the time/mental bandwidth to focus on their storyline in a little while (currently my job is taking up a lot of time/energy) but I’m hoping to make a breakdown of some sort in the future! Not too sure when just yet since my energy has been diverged elsewhere for a while but 😭
the fact that there's no question thingy at the end tho... is this the end of a trilogy? also i just noticed the wigs that they're wearing at the end of the video seem to match up with the colours on the side of each member's compact version but that could just be a fun little detail
Why is no one talking about the scene where Chaewon is on horseback, in the sky you can clearly see an airplane. And it's not that it's a mistake, it can be seen several times in the MV. And that this plane is very similar to the one at the end of Enhypen's Pass to MIC MV ????
I love how this comeback opposes/breaks with the idea of “anti-fragility” (generally a concept I wasn’t a fan of) but ripping a burning wing, a feather cutting skin, clothing ripping off, those “broken-glued” nails you pointed out. It isn’t anti-fragile it’s healed. An other theme would be moving forward/freedom. Yes horses symbolise strength but not in a war sense but their endurance and their radically free image (parfume ads) same goes for the arrow. Setting a target and leaving where they currently are. And then there’s these traditional wings at the beginning and the different symbolic ones made out of fabric at the end. As if it’s saying change is ever occurring and a good thing. Thank god everything’s destructible so we can rebuild it in a different way. Kinda empowering and stuff.
