Hi! My name is Christopher Odd and I’ve been playing video games on the internet for a few years. I really enjoy a variety of games but generally lean towards games with a unique and engaging story (Bioshock, The Witcher, Cyberpunk 2077, The Last of Us etc), strategy/roguelike games (XCOM 2 War of the Chosen, Darkest Dungeon, etc), and RPGs (Dark Souls, Elden Ring, Dragon Age, etc). Of course, I am always looking for great indie games too!

I absolutely love the Metro games, both having played them myself, and watching your play throughs.
But, I don't have a VR headset, and even if I did I don't think I could bear to play a Metro game in VR, that sounds absolutely terrifying.
So, I will gladly watch this.

Why can't you play VR?

1. Motion sickness. A lot of people get debilitating motion sickness while playing VR which is not enjoyable.
2. Money
2.1 weak GPU
2.2 lack of VR equipment

300 bucks is dirt cheap compared to any other form of gaming, while providing the most enjoyable experience.
You don't need a GPU for the Quest3
You can buy (at least yet) a Quest 3.

These VR games always seem so cool just like the Valve half life VR game but I'll probably never play it because I don't have a VR setup. I simply can't justify dropping a few hundred dollars on a kit when I still have a huge backlog of games on PC

usually I watch WolfinVR for content like this.... it's interesting to see you play odd.
I would like to ask a little bit different question after seeing you with vr; will you prefer to use the standart controllers of the vr systems even there are other accessories like rifle and or pistol or directly use standart controllers. I looked for a long time for an accessory like them for Play Station 3 Move but couldn't find one but always dream of it. What is your opinion about it?

I know you are jumpy with scary games like I am. How was the VR experience for you horror wise? I love metro played the first games but I think I might be too scared to play this one. Can you tell me if it is please?
From what I experienced there was a good mix of action and I'd say light horror. It's not a lot of jumpscares, but the atmosphere is really really cool so when you're in VR it's easy to lose yourself in it.
