I definitely agree with the other comments. "A Frozen Serenade" and "Epilogue" should be at the top of your list of Lovebites songs to react to in the future. Incredible ballads.

I just love Lovebites. First it was the amazing musicianship of all the girls that drew me in. Asami's voice took me some time to appreciate. Not because she isn't a great singer but it sounded so alien compared to the metal I was used to also I do have trouble understanding the words. But she's growing on me, I'm appreciating her singing much more than before.

I understand how the lyrics can affect you. I dated a young woman when I was doing my undergrad work, we stayed together for a turbulent year and a half, and I finally broke it off and told her to get out of my life. It hurt like hell to say that and I cried when it happened, but it was necessary and I have never regretted it. I hope she's matured and learned from her mistakes and I wish her the best, but I wish her the best far away from me.

See my reply to the previous comment about “A Frozen Serenade” and “Epilogue”. You’ll ADORE both of them. The ballad intro in this particular performance is a “live” variant. The original starts where Haruna counts them in.

I have watched quite a few of your reactions and I don't know why it has taken me so long to subscribe. That oversight has now been corrected. One thing that I have very much appreciated about you is that you never get into ramble mode. When you comment on songs, it is measured and meaningful. I also do not have a gift for small talk, but when I do speak, people actually listen. I have never been the life of the party, but that is definitely okay with me. Besides, there is a reason its called "small" talk.
With Empty Daydream, it looks like you have reacted to an even dozen Lovebites songs. Seven of those songs were written by Miyako - When Destinies Align, Shadowmaker, The Crusade, Rising, Swan Song, Set The World On Fire, and Empty Daydream. As you can tell from this list of songs, Miyako is a very diverse and talented songwriter. you only have 13 more Miyako songs to go. With the departure of Miho, Lovebites is very much Miyako's band. The other 5 songs were written by Mao or in collaboration with Mao - Thunder Vengeance (Miho/Mao), Glory to the World (Midori/Mao), Don't Bite the Dust (Miho/Mao), Spellbound (Mao) and Holy War (Mao).
Miyako does not collaborate with Mao. She writes alone. There is only one song that is an exception and she didn't work with Mao. Miyako and Miho cowrote the song Break the Wall (Miyako did the arrangement). Sadly it will likely be the only song cowritten by these two talented women. It is in my top 10 of Lovebites songs.

Interestingly, though they have made their mark and melted faces with their shred fests and thrash songs, the Wolfpack seem to have converged on their ballads. Epilogue, Empty Daydream, Edge of the World, Frozen Serenade--these consistently get mentioned by fans as their greatest songs. You should make sure you get to all of them--it's completely worth it. Epilogue ( ruclips.net/video/JIAJYBuuKGM/видео.html ) is their true ballad, while A Frozen Serenade is proggy and in between Epilogue and Empty Daydream. You're doing just fine on your commentary, so don't worry about it. To me, you come across as sincere and honest, and that beats glib and slick everyday.
