Sepak Takraw is like this, but with a badminton net instead of a table and a 3-man team instead of single players. Also the ball is a lot smaller and made of rattan. They do a lotta jumping and flipping just to get the ball over the net.😅

Incredible athletes both of them. THIS is what true athleticism is in my humble opinion. Incredible agility and coordination of all parts of their bodies, the reflexes and control is off the charts. There is a lot more to think about in this game than there is in regular table tennis, or tennis, or soccer.
As a Sepak Takraw player, that Brazilian lady has a heck of a defense. The Thai opponent just made a rollspike but she managed to catch the ball. Very composed player.
we played a version of this with an old basket ball in the 90s but no table just a hand ball court quare marked out no wall either like ive seen in US movies .we used all the movements these guys did/do and thought its different sport altogether really its immediately made me think of my childhood lol the 90s was bliss

we played a version of this with an old basket ball in the 90s but no table just a hand ball court quare marked out no wall either like ive seen in US movies .we used all the movements these guys did/do and thought its different sport altogether really its immediately made me think of my childhood lol the 90s was bliss
This is actually amazing! I clicked on it by mistake, but I do not regret it. It captured my interest and I as well wasn't aware of the existence of this sport. Truly it seems these contestants have a trained a lot and this is the result. Congratulations!
