I know it looks like an F-22, but it's what people call convergent evolution. Since F-22 is a world's most stealthy fighter jet, latecomers must follow the shape of F-22. As KAI said, KF-21 is not a stealth fighter, but it's a "low observable fighter." So KAI should have followed F-22's shape.

That's a strange camouflage scheme. Never usually see anything but grays on allied stealth aircraft these days. The green splinter stands out.
