T-Point/Kaisu Denki Csupo Effects (Inspired by Gummy Bear - Rhythm is a Dancer Effects)

Vegas glitched and Effect 24's first and second effects got switched around, so I had to fix that and render the thing again, and that took another 28 minutes or so… I accidentally pressed the cancel button while the progress bar was on 100%. I hope that did not have any bad side effects…
Made in Vegas.
