This is embarassing but the skills part are blurred because I made a mistake while editing. But the skills are mystic strike, shield of zen, seven-sided strike and cyclone strike :)
For me it didn't matter since I'm mostly getting the brawler paragon for the tankiness. You can take whichever specialization you like as long as you have rugged.
Helikopter is still good for this meta. I did try the inf3 essences but it's not good. I haven't tried the inf4 essences as well so I can't say just yet.

is there a reason you don't use finishing touch in the Brawler paragon board?
