I started playing new horizons a few hours ago. With everything that has been going on at the moment it's nice that I finally have the chance to relax. So I'm proud to say that Poppy is thriving and I'm feeling better than I have done in a long time.
I’ve never played animals crossing, but now I want to! Too bad it’s too expensive for me, but I’ll be saving for it!

i miss sitting in the cafe just drinking coffee for no reason and all. nh is actually the first animal crossing game that has ever really stressed me out because i keep seeing everyones impossible islands and its hard to keep up and make everything beautiful when moving houses cost so much and building 50 bridges as well and terraforming leaves you with endless possibilities ahhhh

Everytime people bring up animal crossing I feel like I really missed out on something lovely. I grew up with nintendo (n64, gamecube-wiiU, gameboy-3DS) and never once did I get the chance to play Animal crossing. My family only ever played Pokemon, Mario and Kirby. Maybe I'll try find a copy for ds someday.
-I also missed out on zelda but thats just bc my brother refused to share that one-

Watching this video made me kind of sad, because I played Animal Crossing during a really bad time of my life. The music, their little voices, the art - it should all be adorable but for me it just brings me back to that feeling of isolation and sadness. On the other hand, this video also made me happy because it shows how good this game has been for other people . I hope to come back to it some day ...
