Age of Empires II (E88 2/2) Consolidation and Subjugation

We are moving inland and for this one we need to defeat a military garrison, take the people and build our own place here. THEN we must destroy those who could be a threat to our power and destroy their castles and power. Thankfully we have some allies with some interesting technologies that can aid us assuming the enemies don't complete their wonders in an act of defiance..... I REALLY don't want them to get their wonders built
