Age of Empires II (E88 1/2) Consolidation and Subjugation
We are moving inland and for this one we need to defeat a military garrison, take the people and build our own place here. THEN we must destroy those who could be a threat to our power and destroy their castles and power. Thankfully we have some allies with some interesting technologies that can aid us assuming the enemies don't complete their wonders in an act of defiance..... I REALLY don't want them to get their wonders built

Sonic the Hedgehod (1) Sonic's Origin?

Well with Mario now done we can move on to the second half of this first part of this 4 part (maybe 5 part) series I want to do. Sonic the Hedgehog is here with his first game and we are playing the Sonic Origins version of the classic game but with some nice Quality of Life changes from the Anniversary Mode to make the trip smoother .... for me.... smoother for me, maybe not for you.

Alright we are moving on to the "African Kingdoms" Campaigns and starting with Tariq Ibn Ziyad. It appears as if we will be starting with the Bottom part of Modern day Spain for these missions. Fighting for a home? I am going to be honest, I don't remember what we are even fighting for.

This is it. World 8. So after all the trouble with worlds 6 and 7 I dont even know what to think about the troubles I am going to face here at the end of the journey. The enemy won't likely hold back any punches and we are going to need all of our strength, skill, luck and perhaps a little bit of RNJesus to get this done but I am confident that ohhh wait.... did... did I just do it?

i attacked and killed grey first not realising he was the main instigator lol. he had 20 piles of gold in there
@@earthlymatters888 ohh yea there is a lot of gold to be found on this map. Attacking and defeating gray I hear can get the raids to end early but then you still have to deal with the other 3 civs. So maybe that’s not worth it

yea all the Monastery videos are pretty much filler but they also usually have a number of supports from the teacher and students and even some students to students from the battle last episode.

@@godoftwinkies574 no worries. This stuff is pretty much just for the smaller details like how the students are doing, raising frenship and the like. No REAL plot really happens other than the very beginning of the episode

If you are a game sadist and love torturing yourself, then play Superman 64, on the N64, Silver Surfer on the original NES, Power Rangers on the N64, Ghost and Goblins on the original NES, and Bill and Ted excellent adventures on the NES. And if you really hate yourself then play ikari warriors on NES too but you have to have a lot of spare time tith that one it takes forever so so long and you will die over and over again but you can bring yourself back to life if you use this button combo of ABBA this is for playing on an original NES console so idk if that button combo will work if your playing an some kind of emulator and maybe they fixed that with unlimited lives and you just pop back up or maybe give you about 100 and after that game over and if that's the case you probably will get game over many times if you have the patience to finish the game. If there are a game marathon challenge and someone actually played that game all the way through without trying to run away and jumping out the window killing themselves then that person or persons should have a Harry Potter sort of thing like internal glory and give them a trophy that is similar of the goblet of fire type trophy without the fire made out of Australian crystal or something similar but not glass too common but out of some kind of gemstone quartz crystals
People are still making New Games for those console gens. There's alot of love from the fans still.
Limitations with hardware can be a great motivator for devs to make interesting games. Like how Metal Gear was meant to be a war game and have a lot of fighting but the OG hardware couldnt handle a lot of actions happening at one time without lag and flickering so it became a stealth game instead. along with the fact that the companies probably dont care too much for the old tech stuff and care more about the NEW tech stuff. This doesnt suprise me and actually makes me happy that people are still working on and making things for these old babies
Sonic poped on a 16bit console. Mario on a 8bit one. Altho, you should see Sonic Speedruns, what a buggy mess!
yea the age gap and hardware gap is a BIG difference. But I also think its an interesting thing to play and see not only how these game series started but also how they changed from game to game and fromhow the devs were able to improve their games when they made sequals with the same hardware. I mean looking at Mario 1 and Mario 3 is such a big difference you may think they were from different consoles instead of the Devs improving and getting more used to the technology and finally getting better at making games

@@jarg_64 i think Hardwood Fences are more durable but do them with stone until you harvest enough Hardwood.

Say, is there any character that can be a thief and a pegasus knight? Having a flying robber would be OP.
@@godoftwinkies574 yea. As long as someone masters the thief class they get the steal ability and then you move them into being a flyer. The issue is that you need to have the sword skills to be a thief and then the flying and whatever else for the Pegasus or Wyvern class
