Such a beautiful rendition of this hymn.did anyone else notice the rainbow in the background (timemark 2.47) just a s they got to that part in the hymn, "i chase the 🌈 through the rain" what a God we have.

I’m reading a book about the writers life and what he actually wrote was “ I climb the rainbow through the rain.” He was blind and very troubled. He envisioned the rainbow like Jacobs ladder rising from earth to God. It was a turning point in his life. The church committee forced him to change the words to trace the rainbow
I first heard this being played at the 1993 edinburgh military tattoo as the closing hymn and immediatley fell in love with the song

It would be nice to hear more of the live voices with the midi mixture. It distracts from the performance when all however-many voices are equally tuned. Humanistic quality is needed in choral music.

It depends on whether you want to loved or not. If you hate being loved then yes, it's horrible.
The choice is God's great Love that will not let go, (John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.)
