Everyone keeps calling out how chilling the end of the song is as if Angel flips his tone completely, but no one calls out the lyrics in the rest of the song. If you listen to the first verse, he’s singing the words “addicted” and “living” as if his lifestyle is something he can be proud of. But when you listen to the second verse, those words change to “choking” and “wasted”. He’s not singing a whole song with confidence while switching just at the end. He’s literally failing to find something to live for while slowly falling into misery. 😖

I love this song ever so much! The video itself is amazing and the lyrics are so great, Angel Dust is my favorite character in Hazbin Hotel. My dad loved this song as well, despite being such a picky guy, he loved this song as much as I did.

I binged Hazbin Hotel for the first time last week, i've been obsessed with it. I rewatched it yesterday and my mum watched it with me. She loved it too. She loves Angel.
The ONLY critique i would have is i wish you could have extended it a bit. i feel like there was a PERFECT opportunity there to add a little guitar solo bridge
