You need to bring all of that energy to white Americans because Foundational Black Americans have done nothing but fight and advocate for Africans. It’s just me saw white lady leave while Uncle Steve talking about what they did to us. Uncle Steve I hope you will do show Africans abroad what happened. Black Americans are strong for real and it’s true when they say black don’t crack, blacks in diaspora went through hardship but today they are doing great even though they still go through difficult discrimination against police.
I commend Steve for his honesty about Africa and he touched on topics that identify African not in a bias perspective but in the truth of what he experienced through his shows and visits...white folks can't even trust us black(especially Africans) with their dog it's no surprise we've been degraded this way by Hollywood...Africa lost time not Sanity...I'm South African born and raised never even left the country but I'm well adjusted with today's intellectual development... I can guarantee you this, one of the things we lacked as South African's was not being well traveled. I repeat this, once you travel and see what the rest of the world is doing, your mind opens up to different things and fast tracks your thinking
We wish Lefika however, the economic stance of the country does not allow it. Only the monied has a great chance of broadening their knowledge. The country (government) does not advance its people's lives.
But I can say the same about other countries overseas. The fact that they know incorrect information about us Africans it also means they are not well travelled.
