The game has genuine potential and the start is pretty good until the car crash _(and the second use of "knock the protag out" cliche in _*_one_*_ intro),_ but then it just stalls into a junk looter/walking sim without much of anything happening. Most buildings can't be entered, there's next to no enemies or environmental threats around, the narrative is left on the backburner if even there... Not to discredit the development team's work but this really needs to shape up and add enemies/side characters and "quests" into the town if it wants to stand out from all the other similar indie titles like Mist. The framework for a good game is certainly there but it needs to be actually filled with proper content as well.

i was playing this game yesterday and with the mist and the enemies running it literally feels like silent hill the only thing i dont like is the damage animation it really gave me a different vibe of the game after i saw that it really need improvement there but besides that environment wise i felt scared most the time probably because i didnt know there was a fking flashlight and when the dad disappeared after the crash that you have to run back to his home i did all that in total fking darkness xD

This game is a offense to Unreal Engine 5 developer. All graphics are basically Unreal Engine premade and the almost zero effort of placing NPCs, pre-rendered actions/conversations are from these dirt devs.
