I wish I made that much in dividends! That’s my portfolio value. And my only advice would be to keep at it - you’re on the right path! That first $100, and then $100/month, will come in no time
Up 4,36% for December ☺️ mostly due Broadcom, MAIN and my EU stocks. My US stocks on the other hand (except Broadcom and MAIN) were behaving a bit like a rolercoaster. I used my chance to buy the dip on Constellation Energy, Cincinnati Financial, American Financial Group and AFLAC. I absolutely adore those companies, so this seemed like a good chance. Also finally bought into Ares Management. I missed out on Voya Financial though…they are on my list for the end of January now. ☺️ I’ll spend the rest of the year with hedging against a potential drop in all those financial stocks 😂
Great video! I finally started my position in Realty Income when the yield hit 6%, I’m up to 10 shares. I bought more SCHD, up to 85 now. I’m still chasing your total. 👍🏻
Last month was down. Just before january 1st that is not so bad. It means less tax. Now in january i just reached the 2% already. Its pretty insane start of the year
My 55k portfolio has gone up 1600 dollars in the last two days my biggest position is Main Street Capital, invested 17k, 1 year ago, it's gone up 6k since. I knew I can tell my banker I'm getting $250 a month in dividends and I can borrow more, which would be great for my future investments😃greetings from europe
@rynewilliams yea it's so easy, even a monkey can use it. Idk how much I trust customer support. It's in Philippines n don't get me wrong, I'm Filipino but I'd rather have customer support based in America, might be an after hours thing. Having the snowball analytics might be useful eventually.
still attempting to break 100k will happen this year technically im down but ive been adding alot so once it goes back up i will be over 100k im hovering around 95k with an all time high of 95.1k

@rynewilliams thanks I had heard someone else saying the same. But I found your videos a couple days ago and have learned alot already. I'm just starting and only have a 5k portfolio so far. Thanks again
@ thank you my friend. I’m really glad to hear that you’re getting something out of these videos. Also, great job getting started with investing - keep it up! 👏
hi, can you tell me that the SCHW is equivalent to the SCHD? or follow that index in connection for the same company? beacause I use different broker app and I don't have this stock in it.
I would say Ryne is a mix of DCA and buy the dip investor. He emphasizes his excitement to see stock prices drop because that means he can buy more shares at a lower price and he also DCA into his ROTH IRA into VOO SCHD and other investment accounts.
@@rynewilliams Thank you Ryne! I'm 18 now so I'm prioritizing growth stocks (like Nvidia, Google, Tesla, etc) over dividend stocks, but your videos will definitely serve me well in the long term when I finally decide to transition to dividend investing because cash flow is king! Wishing you a speedy $100k milestone in 2025! I'm calling it in April by the latest haha assuming no major market downturns occur.
Portfolio is down, for sure. Bought ~138 shares of O in Dec. Portfolio grew by $100k this year for the first time, ever. Collected about $5150 in dividends in 2024. Have a goal of $7k for 2025! It's been good. Time to keep going!
Hey Ryne new to your channel just opened up a brokerage account currently i m investing daily into SCHD what would be your reccomeded safe dividend ETFS other then SCHD to grow my porfolio with ? Dont really have a ton of free time between work and family so just looking for good safe ETFS to hit that daily investing button and leave it alone appreceiate the channel glad to find a channel completely dedicated to dividends
Thanks for checking out the channel! Maybe something like VIG would be a good addition. But I also think something like VOO, or some other S&P 500 ETF would be a great addition as well.
You keep comparing your portfolio to SPY, unless that’s your goal which I will assume is not, don’t compare. Hard to beat with non growth dividend based stocks, REITS and a dividend ETF.
No matter my goals, it's still interesting to compare my portfolio's performance to what is widely accepted as the gold standard benchmark. It's interesting information, and it doesn't hurt to show it.
@ No in a dividend long term portfolio is not. Non growth stocks, dividend ETFs and REITS are not to beat the market, are for dividend income, long term. To beat the market you use growth over yield. These companies focus on shares buy backs and investments instead of paying out dividends. Yes of course you are welcome to compare, it’s just not the intended purpose of such portfolio
I think we are more an income investor more than a growth investor, I think if we are a value investor or growth investor we should compare with SP500 but not for a income investor

Wow, $86,300 in dividends is insane! 💸 I'm over here trying to make my first $100 in dividends. Any tips for a beginner?

Very nice! Almost 100 shares of SCHD 👏
@ I bought 5 more today!
Happy New years!! 100k will be this year!! Watched you when you had like 20k-30~
Thank you for all the support my friend. We’ve come along way, and we’ve still got a long way to go 📈
I hit a very big milestone so was super excited about that.
Hope all is good Ryne.
That’s awesome Adam! Great job 👏
@ Thanks Ryne
Happy new year Ryne. Maybe consider DGRW to compliment SCHD in the future.
Happy new year my friend! Thank you for the idea
Happy 2025 Ryne! 🎉 Heavy SCHD/SCHG and BRKB in my account, so it’s looking red right now. Buying though!!!
Love it! Just remember the ABC's of investing - Always Be Collecting

SCHW is the Charles Schwab corporation - which is the company that makes SCHD
My portfolio was up 22.22% Have to look at that angel number lol
Was down 0.60% only last month thanks to my big pile of cash allocation.
Very nice!
Love the update and the goals. Also, you totally stole that hoodie from your brother! I’m telling.
Thank you my friend! And he's going to have to fight me for it now 😂
Youll see rolllins in your price
It’s getting closer!
Added microsoft visa and abbvie to schg scgd schb

Happy new year, my friend!
I’m confused , do you just buy index fund or dividend stock for your Roth IRA instead of brokerage 🧐
My Roth IRA is just VOO + SCHD
Such as SCHD for roth and VICI for brokeage
Have you thought about putting REITs into Roth IRA to take advantage of the tax break? 0 taxes vs ordinary income tax for each dividend payment
I see 👀 you still got wso and pkg on your watch list
You know it
