It is so very moving to see the people celebrating after so many years of terror, uncertainty, loss, grief, and sacrifice. My Polish grandparents were offered asylum in the United Kingdom after the war, and my mother was born there. They then emigrated to the United States. I will forever be grateful for the mercy shown by the people of the United Kingdom. My children will grow up knowing. Thank you for sharing these beautiful films!
