I have fitness mindset and am exercising and used to do yoga since 12 yrs. I am 37 yrs and got heart attack in April 2023. I am seriously convinced that covid vaccine has some reason in causing heart attack.

My friend who was in his 20s and was very fit had cardiac arrest and died. He used to eat healthy food, did yoga, and was healthy and fit. We all know why this is happening but we can't say it out in open.

@@aviralsinghal1274it's not conspiracy theory at all, I'm pursuing MD, I know there are several peer-reviewed research papers showing that these vax are increasing low grade systemic inflammation and autoimmune response to nerve and cardiac tissues alongwith the concerning thing is cytotoxic nature of Spike proteins that directly damage heart muscle whether it's infection or vax
Heart attack is quite real here in my city even youths are getting heartattacks lately Thanks to Lord Krishna I didn't get vaccinated 🙏

I am a pharmacist here with little but important knowledge. These vaccines were never tested for long term side effects. Usually vaccines take upto 15 years for development. We were all praising companies for developing vaccines in just few months. A new vaccine can be developed in just 2 3 months. The problem with this vaccine is myocarditis, first reported in US with Pfizer vaccines now everywhere. Not just that people claim to have developed strange allergic cough from vaccine.

Yes it may be true . I had good health before getting COVID vaccination. Since I got COVID shot I'm rather tired and I feel uneasiness of heart . I didn't want COVID shot but being a government official my department and boss compelled us to get COVID shot. We are paying heavy price for that. May God save us !

Excessive use of mobile phones and internet signals, and cooking oils contains mineral oils are also caused for heart attacks.. People consume limitless snacks, street foods which are prepared unhealthy way. Consuming MSG on daily basis, glucose syrup used in ice cream and chacolates , artificial colours, sugar caused for heart attacks..
After booster dose taken by my mother, she was under severe health problems and doctors were not able to identify nothing, and within 10 months died with heart attack.

Sir I think COVID is not only limited to the heart attack it's also damage our brain, there are many news I have seen recently about people died due to brain stroke, anyway, I was really good at memorising things and have never forget anything, but after the vaccination my mental clarity has decreased now I often forget things, like people, places and names.

My uncle have heart attack condition and after covid vaccine his health problems increased and previous week he passed away.

Personal experience says less cooking oil or no oil in food, use of lesser salt and spices, good sleep atleast for 8 hours, walking daily for minimum one hour, drink water keep hydrated, meditate for atleast 30 minutes, gas bloating in stomach can also trigger heart pain. Eat gut friendly fermented food.

2 months ago a 34 years boy get heart-attack in my neighborhood, he was not ill except his family said he was having some diabetes symptoms since 3 months..the day he went to his work place and there he felt some uneasiness but nobody took him seriously, after few minutes he was not looking good to his colleagues they brought him to nearby hospital but in between the way he got heart attack and passed away. That news was very tragic.. I have listen 10 cases of very young people whom I know, but you can't only blame vaccine, ofcourse it can be vaccine but our food, lifestyle,stress and less sleep are big cause to heart attack...I hope people remain healthy and happy.

1)My grandfather died after taking the covid vaccine. He was going through chemo therapy for lung cancer . Treatment was going fine until the hospital gave him a covid vaccine.
2) Me, my mother and my grandma faced severe muscle cramps for a month just after taking the vaccine .
3) We are still facing problems with cramps which we never had any problem with.

Do yoga and meditation and try to control your anger and if you are not able to do this then meet psychologist
After taking second dose of vaccine I felt very weak and uneasiness. It took about six months of rest I managed to recover. I have taken Bharat boitech vaccine.
I guess we should conduct a study on a large scale to find out if vaccine is really responsible for heart attacks and then find measures to control it, also we can check data for other countries where we supplied these vaccines.

Eat more garlic green chillies and adrak in regular same chew while having attack while seating on floor with legs straightened and back on wall till the clot is not cleared.keep sorbirate handy .if any dr reading pls correct or confirm

Weird how most of the elderly (35+) in my locality, actually the northern half of my city had heart attacks, or blockages or some kind of heart or cholesterol issues after Covishield and with some who took Pfizer in the US as well.
I think moderna is the safest.
AstraZeneca (Covishield) was known for clotting issues and weirdly my Dad had his heart attack just 1 month after the Covishield vaccine.
