I start training very soon and honestly I can wait to meet you and so many other FA’s that helped me get this job. I hope that doesn’t sound weird lol 💜
@Tonnimor: Not her production value but the fact that she is a flight attendant for Delta that has all these people following her like a puppy dog!!! Flight attendant jobs are very coveted because all you need is a high school diploma or a GED to get in ....no college required or even languages.
Charlieeeeee ! We crossed paths in Boston on your second trip as lead I was either commuting or deadheading. I enjoy watching your vlogs ❤ and wanted to share that I’m in the same space of wanting to move, feeling exhausted and deciding if commuting is worth it. 😩 I’m sending you virtual hugs. Keep being amazing 🤩
Thank you so much for this breakdown. I’m just waiting for the this position to appear on the job post so I can apply. 2024 I will be in the new class of FAs. ✈️
Thank you so very much for letting us know the amount you (on average) make in a month!! We really need to know in advance about these things before we give up our present jobs (where we may be making more) and join an airline as a flight attendant. There are many people who are willing to give up well-paying jobs to become a flight attendant, that is how coveted your job is to thousands to men and women. Now to be fair , at the rate the inflation is rising one needs significantly more in a month in order to live independently in places where the Delta bases are located, therefore my question to you would be to know how long would it take for a newly hired flight attendant to make at least $2000 every two weeks or in other words $4000 a month after taxes? how many years of seniority does a flight attendant need to have in order to be making around that amount without having to work every single day without any days off?
ngl i love the clarity and openness towards pay! it's amazing to see and helps so much more than all the other articles and videos that are just so damn vague. Could you do a vid diving deeper into the scheduling side of things and how many days/hours one might work a week everything with bidding and schedules is a bit unique to flight attendants i feel like.
When I’m telling you my last check for the last 2 weeks was under just one of your 3 day blocks ugh. 700+ living in NYC. And we do not get profit sharing nor boarding, but we are unionized 🙃🙂
@John:chevalier: You are right the pay is dismal but your free flights are part of the pay (according to the airlines) what you can however do is get some experience in your present shitty airline and then apply to a major airline your income will go up exponentially and you will live in luxury just like charli does!!
Hey Charli! I’ll be planning to commute from Dallas to Minne. I can’t see myself moving there, so I get it. Hopefully your hearts takes you where you wanna be! ❤
I honestly thought flight attendants made wayyyyyy more money 😮 I’m surprised. It’s definitely not worth it for me but good luck and God bless you all ❤
when you do decide where you will go, can you explain your reasoning/thought process? what you feel comfortable sharing related to FA of course. i know my reservation is commuting bc I don't like any of the bases. Austin, Nashville, Phoenix, Orlando, Honolulu = only American cities I'd live in.
@jibilo4: You are right, but airlines have hundreds of thousands of applications for flight attendant positions every year ........they know people are desperate for these jobs and therefore can hire them with fairly low pay!! They also consider the fact that you and your family flies for free as a flight attendant to also be a part of the pay.
Hi, I’ve been binge watching your videos. I got a CJO w/ AA. I’m really excited but I’m terrified that I’m going to fail the class when I go. I’m not really book smart at all. I’ve been studying flight attendants terminology on quizlet. I want to study as much as I can before I start training. What else would u recommend me studying? I’m also studying airport codes. How can I study the different types of aircrafts? Is there a website I can go on to study up on them? I no I’m not good w/ remembering a lot of information in a short period of time so whatever u can tell me would be help. Thank u for all your videos and I’m looking forward to your response.
Take a breath! Everything you need to know will be given to you during training. Go with the pace of the class. Figure out what study habits are best for you. Studying alone or in a group. Get plenty of sleep & eat healthy! Focus, focus, focus!! Blessings to you!❤
You don’t know me but I’m very happy for you ! This is a job I’ve been trying to land with middle eastern airlines, it hasn’t happened for me yet though. I legit had this same thought process as you, so seeing you write all this warmed my heart a bit 🤣! I’m wishing you so much good luck on this new journey, you’re gonna kill training ! 💗💗
Hi 👋 I have been watching you for awhile and became a AA wholly owned regional flight attendant and I recently applied to Delta and I’m curious if during training they provide any meals for you I did read we are paid which is great … love watching your videos hopefully I will make it through the process 🙏✈️💕
Are you serious a 16 hour layover in Chicago I work at an airport in Chicago I keep missing my favorite flight attendants by the way I’m going for flight attendant in November this year love your videos❤️❤️❤️
I am totally amazed at the rate of pay you get for working for a major airline!! It truly is chicken shit!! .... how are you going to be able to afford to live on this income? Sadly, all of the bases that your airline offers are in a major city where the cost of living is high!! Even the run-down ghetto area of Detroit is going to cost you MONEY if you want to rent an apartment there. Now I get why the quality of flight attendants has so dramatically gone down!!! Most classy, smart people would probably look for another profession if they are thinking about their long term futures and financial goals!!
Wait you mentioned that you might not be a fan of the base in ATL - why is that? Is it because of the trips you'd be getting, or the people based there, or something else?
@anishde555: Atlanta is a very senior base and has a lot of senior mamas (fat n ugly ) who don't treat the new hires with respect. Having to deal with frustrated fat n lazy senior mamas is always a challenge in any airline that you work for, especially if you happen to be a pretty woman, then it gets really hard!! Delta's Atlanta base is also strict and so they don't have much patience with lazy new hires who want to get paid but not necessarily work. They keep a close eye on them. Remember, Delta is not unionized and can therefore kick the fat ass of any flight attendant who is not doing her job right or has a bad attitude with the passengers!!
I just graduated from FA training from the same airline as you. I was wondering if you had any recommendations for first time FAs. Also, is there anything that you travel with that is a must have?
it's actually wild how much more 🔺makes compared to 🌐daaaaaang!
I start training very soon and honestly I can wait to meet you and so many other FA’s that helped me get this job. I hope that doesn’t sound weird lol 💜
How was your training, are you on the line?
Your production value has been getting so good! I've been following you from the beginning and I am proud of how big your channel has gotten!
Awe thank you!

@@genten777 uh okay, kinda off topic if you ask me haha but I'm glad she has been doing well in her career as well.

@Taypanther72: You should have gotten all your answers from your trainers while at training!!
There is no need to be rude. This isn’t the type of thing they stress in training.
Where do you get your wigs?
Not enough to live on
Cant relate🤷🏾♀️
What would that 891 look like after taxes tho? Can you say?
❤
Hi, what do you mean by base? You have to live on a fa base?
You don't have to. You can fly yo base and then start working.
Thanks for sharing!
