Great video! I love your tips. A few things that have worked for me was trimming my hair regularly, deep conditioning with heat and drinking a lot of water. For years my hair never grew past my shoulders. I use to take a 16oz + bottle of water put lemon and a couple of splashes of cranberry juice and that was all I would drink. My hair grew half way down my back. I just started it again.
Consistency with shampooing, deep conditioning, using a leave in for moisture. No heat styling or using a blow dryer. I saw growth after 2 years. Oh and GENTLE detangling lol
I love your videos! I'm trying to do the same as you with those tips. Sometimes my laziness gets the best of me when I'm trying to care for my hair and I can tell the difference when I don't take care of it that good
I always twist my hair up and then bun it. I'm never really sure when I have breakage unless my mom or sister points it out to me and then I let them trim it cause I enjoy snipping away at my hair. Detangling is a beast I'm still trying to be gentle with that cause I'll get frustrated and rip through my hair. I need patience
I have to say your tutorial is as straight forward and to the points I have seen on here and to that I SAY THANK YOU, THANK YOU❤️❤️

I love your tips. The last tip was the best, not to stress over length but focus on healthy hair.
I agree 100% with your last tip! Don’t stress...tlc, consistency and patience.
I love Dash, he has the best silent conversations with you.
