I completely agree. I personally connect to this audio because I had been on the receiving end of emotional abuse for YEARS, but I had always thought it was okay and that it was normal. Thankfully, I had amazing people in my life who showed me that no, it was NOT and they guided me through the process of cutting out the most toxic person in my life. It was hard, I'll admit, but my self-respect and confidence has never been higher!
