Not only there is no clear statement of the co-equality of the father-son-holy spirit, but there are actually clear verses against co-equality : "The Father is greater than I", "The Father is greater than all", "God is the head of the Christ", "The Father is the only God", "As I hear, I obey", etc. Any debate about these clear statements [among many others] would lead to a contradiction.

Amin. 100 percent agree, for complete submission to God, we have to let go of our ego. After reverting, I told my parents and they are now in that phase of their beliefs being proven wrong and they are not able to deal with it too well. I believe the psychological term is cognitive dissonance. I did not have that at all because I was not religious at all. I was merely looking for the objective truth, realized that there has to be a God and a way of life that he has given us, then compared religions and belief systems and ended up in Islam. Just one clarification, since this is a well-spread and common mistake among our du'at starting from Ahmed Deedat ( May Allah have mercy on his soul) and reiterated even now by our brother of the Muslim Lantern who is definitely much more educated than most of us. Classical Hebrew has NEVER had a plural of respect (i.e majestic plural) and the fact that other Semitic languages share this pattern doesn't mean that all of them do, otherwise they wouldn't be different idioms in the end. Elohim is just a title (e.g president) that looks plural in its form, but it is NOT in its meaning and several other Hebrew words are like it with the termination in "im" (shama'im = the sky - and not skies). And for this reason the past tense of the verb in Genesis is in third person masculine singular. The most common exegetical explanation in the Jewish tradition of this word being plural is because God addresses the angels all gathered before Him. As a revert Alhamdulilah the reason I looked into Islam these video popped up I had no thought of religion I was "christian" when I saw Muslims teaching christian there beliefs and history it had me in awe I had to look at Islam and when I did it was what I had always believed calling myself christian I didn't even know Christians thought Jesus was God or that they actually thought he was his begotten son I thought it was language subhanallah

Amin. 100 percent agree, for complete submission to God, we have to let go of our ego. After reverting, I told my parents and they are now in that phase of their beliefs being proven wrong and they are not able to deal with it too well. I believe the psychological term is cognitive dissonance. I did not have that at all because I was not religious at all. I was merely looking for the objective truth, realized that there has to be a God and a way of life that he has given us, then compared religions and belief systems and ended up in Islam. Just one clarification, since this is a well-spread and common mistake among our du'at starting from Ahmed Deedat ( May Allah have mercy on his soul) and reiterated even now by our brother of the Muslim Lantern who is definitely much more educated than most of us.
Classical Hebrew has NEVER had a plural of respect (i.e majestic plural) and the fact that other Semitic languages share this pattern doesn't mean that all of them do, otherwise they wouldn't be different idioms in the end.
Elohim is just a title (e.g president) that looks plural in its form, but it is NOT in its meaning and several other Hebrew words are like it with the termination in "im" (shama'im = the sky - and not skies).
And for this reason the past tense of the verb in Genesis is in third person masculine singular.
The most common exegetical explanation in the Jewish tradition of this word being plural is because God addresses the angels all gathered before Him.
So it's a sort of "inclusive" rhetoric strategy as a figure of speech of the Hebrew.

Bro try explaining to Christian Jesus is not his name nor he spoke English or Greek. You are speaking to very incoherent people who don't read on the history, SHEEPS who are led by dishonest Church Father from the get go. Example: No Arab Christan has problem using word Allah in Arabic bible. However, word Allah is huge issue in Western Christians only. So Arab Christian knows plural of respect but western Christian Respect no one.
As a revert, raised going to church and baptized. I know their beliefs and I left it because of scripture and what the church teaches. Contradiction with clear text and taking the ambiguous text over it only because the clear text goes against their beliefs. The only true God is the Father. Another only God is good. God is not a man. I could go on.....
