I had to chuckle when the AI at Starspire did so well with the City defense, then, as if to say, guess what now, you thought I was smart right? I will send a Solo stack out into the wilds, just to prove a point. LOL!
You got a city cap of 4 but only have 3 cities maybe keep one of the better cities you capture? One with one or more wonders would be good.
