      Thank you Christine. It’s the Janome 350e. It’s a very old model but still in production (I think) but it’s been sitting in the cupboard unused for quite a while so it was time to brush off the cobwebs and get it going.

      @@AbisDen Thank you I am surprised at the size of the hoop it looks much bigger then the one I had, I gave my daughter. Mine was the brother PE 150 I think.

    • @AbisDen
      @AbisDen  2 года назад

      Yes, the PE150 was a lot smaller than this model. The hoop on this is much bigger area than the brother PE range of embroidery machines, this is bigger than, but al,ost the same at the brother 800e

    Love your channel Abby i have learned so much from you. Couple of questions. What bobbjn fill do you use? Do you ever use embroidery thread in bobbin?

    • @AbisDen
      @AbisDen  Год назад

      Yes I do! Hi Sheila. Bobbin fill? I use just a cheaper brand. They’re all quite good. New brothread are my goto for embroidery since I did a full test on all leading expensive and cheaper brands. I use coloured embroidery thread in bobbin if I the embroidery will show on the back. Say a heart on a towel. Looks good. 😊

    Not just for child visibility. These, especially the silver, would be great for cyclists. Checking out tattoos for design ideas would look great on outerwear.

    I found they didn’t glow for long, quite disappointing

      @knitfix_S 2 года назад +1

      That depends on the time and intensity that the thread was exposed to before 😉

      Some questions
      What bobbin thread do you use? Do you ever use embroidery thread in the bobbin. Would you use embroidery needles for speciality threads? Ive just bought singer legacy se300 first machine was acting up, not stitching out properly needle juddering and machine buzzing and motor overload was coming on so i am awaiting a replacement. 🤞i have better experience with replacement machine as i love singers. Would you consider a tutorial/review on legacy? Good value for the price if the embroidery side works well on my next machine.. ❤
