"Live for those who couldn't" that really struck a chord, I wanna say thanks for putting that out there. It reminds me of a really good guy and how I hope to make him proud, do what he taught me justice. He couldn't live anymore and I really wish he could've stayed but that helps because I know if I can keep bringing out what he could see in me that'll make it worth it. Hi. I used to listen to these playlists when I was in high school, late at night, alone, with one small light trying its best to illuminate the room. And back then, I promised myself, when things got better, I would come back here and tell you all. Tell you all how much your positive comments helped me. Tell you, that there is light at the end of the tunnel. That the hope this little corner of the internet gave me is real. Well, things didn't get better. I moved countries to study the program I was passionate about, but the depression stayed, and even worsened. I lost a few friends and found a few more. I found the love of my life. I am one of the top scorers at my university, and a few weeks ago, I finished a teaching internship as lead course instructor in the city. All this time, while not feeling okay, while having survived two su*cide attempts. And today, when I'm having another rough day, I remembered this playlist, and the hope it gave me. And I realized, there is no end point. Things will never be okay enough. And that doesn't have to mean that I wait for it to get better. This is me, this is the life I have. Even though my mental health isn't the great, I've still accomplished so much. Maybe this feeling of emptiness or sadness will never go away. But that's ok. I will still be here, and keep trying. I just want to say, thank you to every brave soul who filled this section with their little rays of sunshine. So I have pretty severe anxiety and moderately severe depression I think. All I do now is get stoned and play overwatch every day because that's literally the only motivation I have, but the bootleg channel always helps me feel a little better and reading everyone's comments here helps me feel like I'm not all by myself

At first, I just thought I was bored. I was just sitting down in my couch looking at the wall. And then that’s when my anxiety and paranoia went through the roof, and I was left there lost in thought. That’s when the realization that I was lonely just kicked in. I’ve never cried just from a thought like that. I’m not close to any of my “friends”, just got out of a relationship of two months because she decided to finally tell the truth that she never actually wanted to date in the first place. Thoughts hurt. And I don’t know what to do.

I'm in a long distance relationship, have been for a year, today we talked about stuff, heavy stuff.. I love to much, he doesn't know how to express love well enough, he's very physical and we don't have that. I asked him if when he said he loved me if it was empty. He said yes. Later when we're on call he keeps saying he loves me and I asked him why he was saying that when he already said they were empty words he said "I wasn't think straight.. at all, I talked about it with my mum and I feel better" I'm heart broken still, I dont know what to do.. we are still together, we're going to try to work things out, work on each other and hope stay together, he's perfect to me, I just wish he was more verbal, he's perfect. The only problem is him expressing that love, he said he doesn't need, "I love u to"s or "I miss you"s cause he already knows I do, but I really need reassurance. I don't want to give up on us, and we aren't until we both agree we can't, we both love each other a lot.. being with him makes me feel happy, I just wish we could be together in person..

I been getting more and more homework and after I get relieved of finishing a homework I get more and more. It’s like I never get to relax. I am in 7th grade and Ik I’m young but it’s really stressful right now. I am using my screen everyday more and more and my health also is a concern. I am told to study and I am going to tutor next week or so, and the tutor I’m taking gives more homework. I honestly don’t know how I’m going to do it but Ik I made it this far and I can’t give up. So for other people out there that are having rough days, either experiencing loss, stressful ness, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, depression, insecurities, bullying, or anything more, Ik in my bottom of my heart u can go through this. It’s a rough time for all of us but we need to stay strong but it’s ok for time to time to get worried and be sad. I just want you all to know that you can go through this and that you are not alone. Rough days can be particularly draining, no matter the recent hurdles: You’ve got something on your mind, on to it hands, on your schedule, and another addition of already constant worries certainly doesn’t help. Yet, there’s always the chance for a break, in numerous forms: A favourite snack, a favourite show, a favourite friend, or simply a few minutes to relax. I always enjoy a good walk - I hope you can experience something similar that brings a little happiness. You’ll get through - You can. Until then, in the mean time, listen to some music.

It reminds me of a really good guy and how I hope to make him proud, do what he taught me justice. I used to listen to these playlists when I was in high school, late at night, alone, with one small light trying its best to illuminate the room. And back then, I promised myself, when things got better, I would come back here and tell you all. Tell you all how much your positive comments helped me. Tell you, that there is light at the end of the tunnel. That the hope this little corner of the internet gave me is real.
Well, things didn't get better. I moved countries to study the program I was passionate about, but the depression stayed, and even worsened. I lost a few friends and found a few more. I found the love of my life. I am one of the top scorers at my university, and a few weeks ago, I finished a teaching internship as lead course instructor in the city. All this time, while not feeling okay, while having survived two su*cide attempts.
And today, when I'm having another rough day, I remembered this playlist, and the hope it gave me. And I realized, there is no end point. Things will never be okay enough. And that doesn't have to mean that I wait for it to get better. This is me, this is the life I have. Even though my mental health isn't the great, I've still accomplished so much. Maybe this feeling of emptiness or sadness will never go away. But that's ok. I will still be here, and keep trying.
I just want to say, thank you to every brave soul who filled this section with their little rays of sunshine.

At first, I just thought I was bored. I was just sitting down in my couch looking at the wall. And then that’s when my anxiety and paranoia went through the roof, and I was left there lost in thought. That’s when the realization that I was lonely just kicked in. I’ve never cried just from a thought like that. I’m not close to any of my “friends”, just got out of a relationship of two months because she decided to finally tell the truth that she never actually wanted to date in the first place. Thoughts hurt. And I don’t know what to do.

I'm in a long distance relationship, have been for a year, today we talked about stuff, heavy stuff.. I love to much, he doesn't know how to express love well enough, he's very physical and we don't have that.
I asked him if when he said he loved me if it was empty.
He said yes.
Later when we're on call he keeps saying he loves me and I asked him why he was saying that when he already said they were empty words he said
"I wasn't think straight.. at all, I talked about it with my mum and I feel better"
I'm heart broken still, I dont know what to do.. we are still together, we're going to try to work things out, work on each other and hope stay together, he's perfect to me, I just wish he was more verbal, he's perfect. The only problem is him expressing that love, he said he doesn't need, "I love u to"s or "I miss you"s cause he already knows I do, but I really need reassurance. I don't want to give up on us, and we aren't until we both agree we can't, we both love each other a lot.. being with him makes me feel happy, I just wish we could be together in person..

Thank you so much. It’s like ur video knew I had a rough day, actually a month. I been getting more and more homework and after I get relieved of finishing a homework I get more and more. It’s like I never get to relax. I am in 7th grade and Ik I’m young but it’s really stressful right now. I am using my screen everyday more and more and my health also is a concern. I am told to study and I am going to tutor next week or so, and the tutor I’m taking gives more homework. I honestly don’t know how I’m going to do it but Ik I made it this far and I can’t give up. So for other people out there that are having rough days, either experiencing loss, stressful ness, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, depression, insecurities, bullying, or anything more, Ik in my bottom of my heart u can go through this. It’s a rough time for all of us but we need to stay strong but it’s ok for time to time to get worried and be sad. I just want you all to know that you can go through this and that you are not alone. Stay strong my friends and I have hope and love in you ❤️
