Should have over a million views what's the matter with people this kind of music is heart felt Amanda and Jason keep it up and maybe people will catch up...
There is an air of pureness that echo's through her core...softly spoken words piercing the soul. A child like innocence exploring a complex delicate world so eloquently conveyed as if delivered on butterfly wings...
I saw her last year open for John Prine and she did her best to hold back on her performance. I'd like to see her going all out. I love her writing, singing, and performance. She's amazing.
It's great because I don't see her holding back on this performance, at least it doesn't seem like it. Amanda is amazing. That must have been a great show!
@@909thebridge I probably should have said "showing respect" for John Prine and perhaps it seemed as such but you are right, shes not and shes amazing.
I need more picking of Amanda’s soul with inserts of incredible sounds! I love listening to you perform, but your unscripted personality being explained is EXACTLY what I desire! My day can continue now, thank you Amanda! (Dishes were easier!!)
nope, Ashley Judd looks like Natalie Portman.... Amanda looks like Natalie Wood when she was young, and especially Natalie's daughter, Natasha Gregson Wagner.... both are here on this image page.... www.google.com/search?q=natasha+gregson+wagner&newwindow=1&safe=active&tbm=isch&source=iu&ictx=1&fir=gVA6gBydwvRkuM%253A%252C7-FqoktktoV5oM%252C_&usg=AI4_-kT8x0969UDDeZoF7JWUHgRmxLZ1xA&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi_hvmCscreAhUZITQIHb7uDR8Q_h0wEHoECAUQEA#imgrc=tE7OgPoXbLXtbM:
Back to her talent ... wow! Whether she is a soloist or performing in the supergroup “The Highwomen” along with Brandi Carlisle, Maren Morris and Natalie Hemby. She is amazing!
Comparing the live version of "Leave It Alone" to the album version, I now know why she left the drummer back in Nashville. Much better song without the overpowering percussion...
I thought that at first, it's an interesting style to tell a quarter of the story and restrain from asking questions.... but I like how he respectfully leaves a lot of room for her ...and bits of her bubble up. (Especially important to be calm and wait and leave room for a quieter more timid interviewee..) If you can get past the awkwardness and what you expect an interview to be..there's a lot of interesting points, plenty of her, and not much of him.

I completely agree... she has it all, the talent, the artistry, the creativity, personality, and beautiful. She is one of my favs.

👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Well put.
You write really well. You might want to consider a job as a critic. Not kidding.
Wow! Amanda has a sharp wit to go with all of her other talents. Makes me want to have a long conversation with her about life. She's the best.
Amazing band too!

Amanda is the most righteous rock n roll babe to ever rock n roll
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
New album is an absolute triumph
Amanda is growing as an artist and just getting better
Awesome performance
Thanks for watching, Paul! Excited to see Amanda shine even brighter.
Geez. What a treasure this unique lady is.
Treasure lady

How sweet.. I used to read the encyclopedia as a child.
❤❤❤
She is good with words.
Great storyteller indeed.
Brilliant stuff.
It was love at first sight for me.
"music is love, in search of the words." =HeyOcean!
"I will find the words." - Amanda Shires (probably)
Just found her, the music is amazing and she looks a lot like Ashley Judd

Thelonious Coltrane she is married to Jason Isbell- also an amazing artist.

i know this sounds crazy but the violin and music in swimmer sounds too much like the Far Cry 5 video game menu screen

I can see that, I think the live version really showcases Amanda's talent.
The live version of Leave It Alone is my all time favourite, not fussed on the album version.
Amanda great, interviewer....needs some work
Don't we all. Jon Hart spends a lot of time on his research, which is refreshing for most artists.

Really? I thought the interviewer was very good, and very respectful and knowledgeable.
