    This cake is widely known as a traditional Australian cake.
    In general, it is widely known that using a thick sheet as it is, or sanding the sheet with jam, coating the sheet with chocolate and applying coconut powder🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐
    I filled a thinly baked Genuise sheet with white chocolate mousse. It tastes like ice cream and when frozen, it is very similar to the 'Bangtoa' we usually buy.
    It is highly recommended to eat frozen 👍👍👍👍
    I have adjusted the balance by adjusting the amount of moisture to make it a bit firmer than normal Genuise because it contains a lot of moisture cream and has to be coated with chocolate.
    There are many processes of baking, hardening, and burying, but the taste is guaranteed so I hope you enjoy making it 😆😆😆

    220g eggs
    160g sugar
    4g starch syrup
    5g vanilla extract
    160g soft flour
    40 g butter
    30g milk
    **White Chocolate Mousse
    122g white chocolate
    116g whipped cream
    6g gelatin
    300g fresh cream
    **Chocolate coating
    200g dark chocolate
    100g fresh cream

    안녕하세요~!
    3시간보다 더 오래 냉동 보관 하게되면 어케 되나요~? 8-10시간정도 냉동보관도 가능할지요,, 저녁에 자기전에 만들고 아침에 꺼내도 될지 궁금해요~~

    안녕하세요!! 혹시 반죽구울때 미니오븐으로해서 양이줄게되면 온도와 시간변화를 안주면 타게될까요??

      안녕하세요 랄라라님 윗면의 색이 나면 꺼내주시면 되는데 온도는 그대로 가되 굽는 시간을 줄이면 될꺼에요! 굽는 시간이 짧으니 오븐앞에서 잘 지켜보면서 구워주도록 하면 될거 같아요 👍👍👍👍
