But Tarzan's life changes forever when he comes to the aid of a beautiful, young English girl, saving her from a hungry lion and then from the clutches of the vengeful Kerchak. In gratitude, the girl named Jane teaches him the strange new ways of humans. When Jane travels to a far-off America, however, she soon needs Tarzan's help again. Leaving his beloved jungle home, Tarzan embarks on a perilous quest to save her and to discover the secret of his own mysterious past!
