Building a Test Stand for the Ignition System... Having fun with this Performance 454 BBC engine build, and the next step we want to do is to test the ignition system before it's installed...We have the Old Mallory Dual Point Distributor upgraded with the Pertronix Ignitor Electronic Conversion kit and a MSD Street Fire ignition system as well... Lets Build a test device
where we can test this ignition system out...

I use to do this with the GM HEI distributors when I was young to test the HEI junkyard distributors I'd get cheap. I never did hook up the tach which is a great idea. Nice to see everything sparking away.

Mike that was pretty smart.... My testing of my old junkyard parts, didn't start till it was installed in the car...
and as you know, they don't always work.... Good info... Thanks for sharing 😀

Thanks HYBRID MUSCLE GARAGE.... I think I have the IANT part down... But still working on the BRILL part...
I just can't seem to get them both together...😀
