Really appreciate it. I missed this facebook live and having this available on RUclips is awesome. I started creating the list of contacted studios from the Freelance Manifesto template, but I'm definitely going to start writing a list of dream clients.
Thanks Liam I'm so glad that this helped you. Yeah dream client list is a must got to focus on those top ones. Also I would reccommend warming them up a little through likes and comments on social media if it's a small studio.
@@MotionHatch Completely agree! I've actually reached out to a couple (and was even able to schedule a studio tour through my school at Perception in New York! #BenefitsOfBeingAStudentAreTheExcusesToVisitStudios), but having a definitive list is really key. Writing it down makes it real. Thanks for the tips!
This is great! I just went to a networking event and met awesome people. I knew about contacting them but I didn't think of contacting them...again. Lol it's so simple but you don't know till you know. Will be creating my client list ASAP!
Thanks for all this valuable information, I honestly think more people should know your channel and valuable content. I recently found Motion Hatch and I'm so grateful for all your work.
This is great. Its very helpful and beneficial for those who are starting out in motion graphics. This pandemic has made me reassess my career options and I think that mograph could be a good avenue to get into , even if part time. The problem for me is adjusting to working at home outside of a worksp6or library. Look forward to more vids
Thanks Jazzy J really appreciate your comment. We are working on releasing more videos this year so definitely stay tuned. It is tough working from home. I have found getting into the habit of starting and ending work at the same time really helps.
