I’ve always had a super messy/cluttered room and once I put in the effort to make a habit of keeping it tidy I realized how much space the mess takes up in my mind! It’s still a struggle keeping it clean sometimes, but it helps to remind myself that it’s a form of self care (that honestly pays off way more than a facemask).
I think you pretty much have it together for a 23-year-old. If you start comparing yourself to others always look at how much farther ahead you are compared to them. Not to mention being breathtakingly beautiful. Love you, Elena. :)

all of these! my husband always makes fun of me for checking tomorrow's weather right before i go to bed because i have to lay out my clothes the night before! i also use an app called Forest for getting me away from my phone before falling asleep and when waking up. It makes you stay off your phone for a set amount of time and if you go to your phone before time's up you'll kill a little tree🥺 you can slowly build yourself a lil forest^^

Waking up at 7 omg... I get to the office at 7 😢 But I do love a calm slow morning, and having time for a jog as well as a pretty substantial (usually hot) breakfast, yoga, journaling, and a quick meditation... so I need to wake up at 4:30 to make time for all that! But I love the whole ritual of it, like even just the act of waking up so damn early makes me feel like I've accomplished something difficult as soon as I get out of bed, and by the time I've gone through the each of my morning activities, I feel more than ready to take on the rest of my day.
This has definitely given me some inspiration!! Spending less time on my phone is a huge goal of mine for 2020, along with actually waking up when my alarm goes off. Xx
SO GOOD!! I think its also important to not fill up your morning routine with things that don’t really fill you up. In my case, i know that working out in the morning doesn’t do much for me after of my hip surgeries. ANYWAY, I talk about this on my channel a little bit, but find the things that really make an impact to your morning and do those instead of just filling it full of stuff that’s “good” but doesn’t really make a difference in your day!

You can set certain calls or notifications to come through while silencing others until you unlock your phone. I feel better using it so I won’t miss emergency calls from family late at night.
