Guess what?! You know how I was talking about trusting God with opened and closed doors at the end of the video? How Tyler and I were really hoping for a specific opened door but trusting that if it was closed, God had a good purpose in that too? Well we found out that door is being opened...I will probably wait until things are more finalized to share sometime next month, but let me know if you have any guesses in the comments 🤗 also tell me what your favorite worship song you sang at church this past Sunday was! I loved where you brought up prayer and finding the Lords will in everything. For so many years I was so scared to pray “ if it’s your will” till the day I did and God actually took away what I thought I wanted. He has yet to give me something better yet but I’m sure he will. I’m so glad we are able to find out what is in his will for us by him closing doors with the speed of lightning or opening doors with that same speed in his time 🤍
You’re such a good mama 😭 I’m pregnant with my first and I’m so nervous about being a good mama who is rooted in God. I’d love a video where you encourage new/first time mamas 💖
My son LOVED the church nursery from 9 months to 15 months. Hes now 21 months and wont even come close to the room! My husband and I take turns chasing him around the church now haha. We are hoping that when he starts the preschool program which is a bit more interactive he will like it!
Volunteering in the room with Judah is a great idea! That's what I did for my littlest man and it worked great.

He will learn to settle. I volunteer at 4year old age group and they have bad days even at that age.❤ we call the parents if they don’t settle for a while

What you said at the end of the video about opened or closed door, that even if the door is closed by God, it's bc he has greater things for us in the future.
I'm in a bit difficult period. Trying to decide what to do about my internship for next year. It's very difficult to find one. There is one that's very interesting but a bit far (45-50min drive which is a lot in belgium standards), and I'm accepted. For the other ones, only 2 of the 4 really interest me, and they have other applicants to interview. I'm trusting God because he has helped me A LOT lately, and I'm so glad to fully have Him in my life again. Also, I should've done my internship this semester. It has been a long and frustrating process but not doing it this year is a good idea. I still don't have my driving license, and it gives me time to learn new things, and to rest. So God has the big picture in mind but, for us, it can be VERY frustrating, hopeless, annoying, overwhelming, stressful,... BUT, at the end of the day, He's doing what's best for us. The doors that he's closing, and the waiting period are frustrating but when we look back, we see why it had to happen that way. So I try to keep that in mind when being unwell mentally about my current situation.
For the background, I'm 25 years, and sadly took a 6 year break from God bc I was rejected by a pastor. In consequence, I rejected God, and christianism. In march, I found a very accepting and inclusive video made by a pastor. Since then I've talked to pastors, read (& studied) the Bible every day, watched videos from christians on youtube, etc. Thank you SO MUCH for your videos.

Do not volunteer in his classroom. This will make things worse. ALL child cry when being dropped off and both he and you have to get used to that.
Worship occurs any and every where so don't overwhelm yourself with Scheduling and ritual. You may need to miss in person service sometimes to have balance. Motherhood is a ministry and don't miss these early years. Don't miss the forest for the trees. Your children need the best of you not the rest of you.
The true Sabbath is sundown Friday to sundown Saturday. It’s the 4th Commandment and the 7 th day. Satan has a counterfeit for everything of God’s, and Sunday is the counterfeit. Remember Satan wants worship, whether he has to trick you into it or not!
