Здравствуйте! Моя киянка немного тяжеловата (380 гр.), но другой не было.)... думаю, что можно использовать киянку весом 250 гр. или если вес больше, то стучать по раме осторожно, не сильно. И лучше использовать киянку на резиновой основе. Успехов!) 😊🌱🌸✨

These are yoga mats. I just tried to use them as a mold , plaster doesn’t stick to this material..
