Really appreciate the depth and stages of doing this swing change as opposed to breaking it into several shorter videos, as this is a pretty significant change and while there are always quick fix temptations it's too easy to slide back into a lateral/leaning swing.
I've been working on getting into this 45° position and it's a process. This really helps address the different elements that have to work together.

@beimsteiner yes, you're spot on, this is a very easy one to fall back into the bad habit of ending up more lateral at the top of the golf swing. Pleased you've taken a lot from this video, with the different elements to help you get into this 45-degree angle. Do keep me posted on how you're getting on doing this and if you have any topic ideas for future videos let me know!

Hi thanks for the video, I’m really suffering with swaying and leaning in my golf swing, I have no idea why I’m doing it. But it’s causing too many poor strikes especially with my irons. Can you do a full tutorial on this please?

Thanks harry excellent info but agree with pat maybe they need to be shorter as we have a limited attention span ,but maybe that is why our golf needs help as well regards from New Zealand
