He's probably a genius or gifted in cubing, not everyone has the spacial memory and ability like them in a very young age. Because even if you train someone early, if they don't have the op ability then they'll just do normal like most of us does. Leo's parents discovered that he's good in fixing puzzles so they tried to give him a rubik's cube, and it turns out that he really has the gift.

@@CatBattler223 he's a genius of the craft and hard work because he's one of the best doing it, and if you think a sub 15 like me who has some slow progress is a non cuber, then maybe i really am a non cuber .

You didn’t specify what type of genius he was, and by just saying genius, you usually mean like smart/high iq-ish, which is exactly what non-cubers think it takes to be good at cubing. That’s why I asked if you were a non cuber. Well, you have my respect now i guess, because we seem to be the same speed, and I almost never find people that are the same speed as me. If you think about it, these kids are less than 10 years old and are probably like top 125 in the world, Leo is 12 and is top 5 right now, and feliks was top 3 his entire cubing carrier starting at age 12 up until about now.
I am 12 but only sub 20. But I will improve, I promise. My 7 yr old brother is sub 1 minute 30 seconds

8 seconds is really long for cross. Try to improve your cross first.
Simran Samant f2l is the thing that takes alot of time today I sas speed solving on chaotimer and I was doing very well I dd cross+f2l so fast but unfortunately the timer stopped before I finish solving

How do you turn more accurately? I find myself overturning/underturning and jamming a lot, and I can’t find many videos about it. I’ve heard that using a budget cube can work but I haven’t tried it yet. Do you have any tips or maybe a video on it that I haven’t seen? Also, thanks for making these videos you’ve helped me be motivated to practice more and improve

Honestly, I feel like we are reaching the peak for a lot of things in cubing. For example, the world record can only be so fast. I saw this legit video explaining why the cube can't be solved under 3 seconds. Also, cubing hardware is reaching its peak. Cubes just keep getting cheaper and better.

Brody, this is not related to the 6 year old stuff but, im sub 17 and i have three things i found to work on, color neutrality, look ahead and planning first pair in inspection. Half of the day i work on color neutrality, the other half i work on just look ahead and doing some solves, but i didnt put any effort in planning first pair. Should i change my schedule of what i do, or should i stick with my schedule and work on planning first pair, after ive gotten ok and color neutral (btw ik color neutral doesnt help at all, but i just wanna be color neutral cuz ots nice)
