3cups - Jasmine Rice
1lbs - Tooloo Beef ( Cured Beef)
1 - Red Onion (Small)
4 - Scallions
Salt - tt
4tbsp - Coconut Oil

Nii Ayi might be on to something cos I remember watching an authentic roadside kelewele recipe where the seller added akoshi for. The nostalgia is strong!!! 🤣😂 Unfortunately, they don't really do that anymore. I've been in Ghana since November and yet to come across that authentic kelewele taste that I remember from childhood.
