Oof, I just re-watched this midway through my 8-year and this was couldn't be more accurate. Started a company in Feb.. Have made major strides in personal power, confidence and health as well. However, running a company is hard work, and so is having a business partner who doubles as a best friend..

I can really relate to you. In my year 7 i ended my 7 year relationship so entering in my year 8 i thought the same as you but i started "just" laying the foundations & my body was screamin to me that i needed rest and as a life path 4 / Sun in Gemini it's hard for us to rest haha.. Your personal year starts on Jan 1st the same as the calendar does. You do however have another big influence of the essence which begins on your birth day. I'm 38/11 according to you :) (why can't I be a number 2 instead?) and my personal year (2017) is number 8 (Born 11 May. 2+5+1=8. Correct?). I don't know, but it feels like I can handle the energies around (and inside) me much better this year than the previous. Some days I even feel calm and "determined". Fantastic! I don't know if it has anything to do with number 8, but to me it's a change in an positive way :) (sorry about my lousy English)

Money (8) was a big issue when I grew up. We were poor! I think I can handle that. But I honestly can´t get a grip on number 3. Creativity? Well I am stuck and bored but I thought it had to do with the fact that I can't find number 5 among my core numbers. I really need more of that happy-go-lucky attitude :)... I think...

The 8 is a really full year for sure! It does bring a focus upon the money but it also causes us to look at how we have been giving away our power.
