- On October 10, 2018 Revolver magazine joined the Boston metalcore group Ice Nine Kills at St. Vitus Bar in Brooklyn. They tore through every track on their fifth and latest LP, The Silver Scream, which pays tribute to a classic horror film on every track.
Damn, Spencer sounds amazing. Especially those low growls.
He is awesome live! Cannot deny that fact.
I met spencer in a shopping centre in Boston 3 years ago I’m seeing them live at the sound bar in Orlando at the sound bar

Ice Nine Kills never disappoints, they deserve to be on a bigger stage!!! Saw them live for my 3rd time on the In Our Wake tour and they were amazing 🔥 The Silver Scream is easily my album of the year!

My brother and his friend went to the in our wake tour as well, and I was supposed to go but my brother wouldn't let me come with. turns out at the end of the show spencer was at the merch table and they got to meet him and get some pictures and autographs. sicne they're a smaller band, i think this is a regular thing they do. needless to say im extremely jealous that they met him haha

Every band has to play smaller stages before the bigger ones. Being talented doesn't immediately get you to the bigger stages. You need to sell records to broaden the audience. Then you sell tickets. If they booked a high capacity venue tour for this record cycle, they'd have lost money and had to cancel dates left and right due to low ticket sales.
Holy shit Spencer’s voice at 37:51 is so beautiful.
How about that part at 38:23 though. Strong high and then the falsetto. Hes got a great voice
I went to this concert. Man, aside from the small stage, it was easily one of the best INK concerts I've ever gone to.

I love how they are interactive with there audience letting them sing alot of the verses with him on the mic. It's amazing they love there fans
It’s kind of odd seeing them on such a small stage you can tell they’re kind of uncomfortable being so closed in with each other. Spencer’s fidgeting a lot and you can tell they all want to be able to move more and be more like theatric but the bright side is they’re every intimate with their audience which is amazing.
Lol. On their in europe in last they only play venues as small as thid one or even smaller. I saw them live in a room which could maybe fit 60-70 people. Im sure they are used to smaller venues :)
I saw them at Pierre's not a huge venue but the stage is a whole hell of a lot bigger than this and Ricky, Justin, and Spencer moved a lot Patrick obviously can't move and Jd stayed in the same place the whole time
yeah im gonna see them next month in amsterdam and its a pretty good stage we have here bands like airbourne avatar play also on the same stage and its sold out

@@theyurireviewer I will never forget, I was seeing a smaller band (A light divided, check them out) and one of the guitarists ran into the crowd and onto the balcony (behind us) the other guitarist went out shortly after, kinda cool. Was talking with them after the set and mentioned it and the second one goes "wait, thats where you were, I didn't know where you went. I jumped over the fucking bar thinking you were there, and you definitely weren't"
It is amazing how close to the studio recording they get live. Not many bands achieve pretty much perfection live.

God, what an amazing performance by LITERALLY everyone: the band was awesome, Spencer's vocal astonishing as always and the crowd was good and active. And the recording quality...wow. Super show. Thank God... we have INK. \m/

This band is playing at a concert I'm going to with Five Finger Death Punch and Papa Roach. I decided to check them out before the concert so I get a heads up on their music. I'm not disappointed. Their pretty lit!!

I really hope that second screamer will change his Jason suit to something else, this mask just make his screams quiet and I am sure that it's uncomfortable to sing something in it. That's why Slipknot singers have masks with mouths open, you know.

Is nobody gonna talk about the girl that gets crowd surfed to the stage at 11:37, who then is helped onto the stage by Spencer, she gets out of his way, shimmies a little, and then gets back into the crowd without bothering any of the band? The amount of respect from both her and the band is AMAZING!

Saw the for 2nd time on the In Our Wake tour. All of the bands were awesome and a thrill to watch. But most of the venue was there to see INK. the venue basically cleared out after they played.

@Revolver This is not every song off of The Silver Scream, and actually 5 of the 11 songs are from Every Trick In The Book. I wish they still played some of their older songs, although this set list is pretty fantastic.
They're doing a headlining tour next year so hopefully they play some old songs

People, put the phones down and get in that mosh pit. The band didn't just go to be recorded on a small screen. It's not cool, it is annoying. You paid $40 to see them live, not through a phone screen.
For one the tickets are about 25 dollars for two they paid the money if they so choose to record it so be it that's their choice just like if you went it'd be your choice not to record if we want to mosh we can mosh if we want to record we can record we paid the tickets it doesn't matter what you do as long as you have a good time

I really like Savages as a stand-alone song. But for the album, it definitely is a weaker song. The lyrics aren’t as strong and the song isn’t as unique as the rest of them are. If it were on another album, I don’t think it would get as much hate.
