Thanks again for a very fascinating story! Close encounters with children are very interesting and should be paid attention to. In Estonia, we have had very high number of close encounters with kids, the earliest going back to 1936 and an abduction case going back to 1958 (at the center of the case was a 9 yrs old boy Tõnis). It is very easy to dismiss these cases and attribute them to the fantasizing mind of a child. However, i would argue that children minds' are not "polluted" by culture to the level of an adult. In Estonian cases, many times we noticed that children were puzzled by some details concerning the encounter, oddities etc. Child psychologists have said to us that if it were a fantasy, the narrative wouldn't consist confusing puzzled for children. It would be great in this Swedish case to know if those teenagers have had strange dreams, experiences in the past as well or what has their life been after the encounter. I wouldn't be surprised if the target was the children and not apples)) this phenomenon is interested in children. Let me return one Estonian close encounter that happened with kids. In 1990, on a day in March, four kids (two were 9yrs, 10yrs, others 3-4 yrs) were going to feed a rabbit in a small wooden house in Tallinn where stove wood was kept. First the kids noticed some sort of smoke coming from the house. They entered and the boy started to insert a carrot through cage. Suddenly the 3yr old says: take a look, men are standing on the other side of the room." Other kids at first didnt pay attention. They thought maybe drunken people. However when they looked, they saw two beings in tight green suits standing not on the trash pile that was on the floor but somehow their legs went through the trash. Young boy who had still carrot on his hand through it towards the being. It hit the leg. Now the chest pockets, that were like made of glass the kids said, started blinking rapidly. The beings made some steps towards the kids but as said, their feet went through trash, they weren't climbing. Now the beings raised their hands and were moving their very small fingers like counting money the kids said. They had big eyes, were 1.3m high, but not grey like. When the carrot hit the knee the kids heard one of the beings say some strange words. At one point the kids became very frightened, older ones grabbed the young ones and ran away. At first they had strange feeling like somebody was holding from their jackets. So, many dont consider this story credible because it is something the kids said. We know how puzzled the kids were and frightened. Like this Swedish story, our story had very interesting details.

You should cover the finnish case from the '70s (I think) where two loggers saw a craft in the forest and one of them chased after a little robot like being with his chainsaw. He also got a serious burn injury to his hand when attempting to grab the creature's leg.

I moved to Finland 3-4 years ago, and what I've noticed with Finns is very often finnish people will display some unusual behaviour when faced with events that would normally paralyse or dumbfound everyone else. Now, if I were to have a close encounter with some robot being, chances are I'd be 1: scared, 2: curious, but apprehensive. Enter the Finnish person, who not only pursues this strange thing, but actually chase the thing with a chainsaw. The Finnish sisu is not to be taken lightly 😂
I live in northern Finland. Doing a lot of safaris on snowmobiles at night. Never seen anything, like a UAP or whatever. But I'm really looking forward to seeing one. I will just run towards the UAP and see what happens later. And my snowmobile clients will be my witnesses 👃

Old Norse mythology speaks of elves and dwarves among other supernatural creatures. Always makes me wonder if maybe they were describing similar encounters in a way that made sense to them.

It is a common fact that unexplained events happen frequently in our world. Acknowledging publicly that you have witnessed one of these events will only bring you grief. It's sad that the best way to deal with them is to act as though it never happened. Whatever personal turmoil this silence creates isn't nearly as bad as the character assassination you will experience by going public with the ordeal.

They get a ton up near those countries Sweden Denmark . I feel these countries seem to get more encounters with actual beings then other countries also

The narrator is most likely a contactee. No one else would know that this encounter was real. Red orb UFO. Little 3-4ft tall aliens with the light tipped wand. I’ve seen that. Those lights in that cabin were the wand tips. The “Little Ones” are almost always stealth cloaked, so they would have been nearly invisible in the darkness.

Is Telepathy a possible Technology instead of an ability in some cultures? I ask that because I have read so many stories where craft would make drastic turns after flying by a person and then come back to them curiously. Could that explain why this craft followed this couple because of the boy having read a UFO magazine making the occupants curious about him?

The prank theory makes no sense at all here, and in nearly every ufo case. Who would invent, build, use, and hide flying lights of all sizes, and never get caught? Who would scare people on lonely roads, never being unmasked, never being shot, never being beaten, never being arrested? Who would take that risk? Where else do you see that weird technology outside of ufo and alien pranks? Ever heard of "upside-down aircraft carrier" ufos? These things are typically 300 or 400 meter long. Name the prankster who can build that.

This may be my favorite yet! The sights and sounds they observed coming from the cabin remind me very much of some of the high strangeness Whitley Strieber and the like reported (knocks, whistles, scratching)....
A century or so ago this entity would have been universally regarded as an elf or goblin - now of course it's an 'extraterrestrial' from another star system yet like all these creatures - it has a head, two eyes, two arms, two legs and can apparently breathe our atmosphere without the need for a helmet or respiratory equipment - therefore, they're from HERE. These creatures are paranormal/supernatural entities and more folkloric than intergalactic. They pop out from the trees and leave perplexingly halved apples for no apparent reason - all very faery tale-like. I fully believe these creatures are real but they're clearly not from other planets - they can't have evolved in some distant star system yet have the same basic bodies as ours and breathe our atmosphere. The 'faery folk' of yesteryear and the 'space aliens' of today are one and the same as are their inexplicably curious and perhaps mischievous motives and actions. The Swedish 'little man' case and the Finnish Imjarvi incident are encounters with similar 'folkloric' entities.

The classic case of the apple eating alien
While Sven's observations are thoughtful, his conclusion isn't built on them.
If we put the same story hundred years prior the kids would have said it was a tomte (goblin); and thousand years earlier, it might have been a svartalv (dark elf).
We don't have any particular evidence to favor the extraterrestrial hypothesis here, except for our preconceptions.
Makes me think of Jacques Vallé and his somewhat paranoid theory that something intelligent is toying with us.

Unlike other so-called true stories that get presented on various channels, this one had someone investigating it and giving it a solid opinion based upon his research. Granted the physical proof is limited, but it is hard to shake off.

So, you have a scientist that theows away his critical thinking and doesn't understand proper skepticism. The fact he can't do a real investigation, it'll being the wrong attention, How convenient. He leads the evidence where he wants it to go. If he's even accurate as you can only take his word for it. Assume his artistic talent, overt taking picture, I bet if you look at other investigations, you'll find he took pictures, but in others it's just drawings. It's obvious why he doesn't just go both/

One huge flaw is that neither of them ran for their lives, scared witless. No coming forward, well they did with the investigator, and how did they contact the investigator? It may well have been a created story, looks like it, and to be examined by a multitude of people would have meant that the story just turned out to be just that, a story

We should all keep an open mind when people have the courage to tell us about these strange encounters! This is a problem here in Britain when government agencies go to great lengths to ridicule and dismiss sightings and encounters with UFOs and aliens! The press will always ridicule these people! We have had alien crafts crashing and landing in South Wales! Also mutilated bodies 7 in one case on a hillside the government stated that these were discarded shop dummies! The mutilated body of a man in Brazil was seen by a military man who also saw the alien responsible he told his story but was afraid to give his name! He afraid what would happen to him!
