Customers really start complaining to me that the shirt they picked out feels cheap when it’s price is a total of 15 dollars 🤦♂️ I was wearing a Lacoste polo at work because in my store the mangers don’t really give a damn what you wear as long as you do your job lol anyway a customer asked why the gap polos didt look as nice as my shirt even tho my polo clearly was a Lacoste polo. I had to tell a customer “well for one my shirt is 80-90 dollars and yours is 30 dollars” I wasn’t trying to sound like a snob but like come on you are paying less and the quality of gap factory polo are horrible. Also Iam never buying gap factory Design T shirts as one of the shirts I bought stained my other clothes during a wash and it was only like my 5 th wash then the shirt fabric started getting bubbles.
Great video. I have noticed the quality of outlet buys not being that great now that i'm thinking about it. But those holiday sales are always worth it. I did some shopping at Express and got a couple pieces at a really great price.

I'll try to make it as clear as I possibly can. let's use the store J.crew for example. Now J.crew has their regular stores which is widely available at every regular shopping mall BUT they are pricey and don't bring in the bargain shoppers. So what do they do? they make a J.crew "factory" or "outlet" store, which are still clothes from J.crew but discounted at a lower price compared to their regular J.crew store. Although the clothes are discounted, They are not the same quality that a regular J.crew store sells. The clothes at the outlet jcrew are much lower quality but they market it as if they were from the regular store. It's a marketing tactic to make you look at the price tag and compare to the special sale going on. buy the product. therefore, making you feel like you scored a bargain but in reality you payed exactly what they planned don selling that item for. it's all trickery! lol

So at Banana Republic they had a graphic tee made from sumpia cotton while our graphic was made out of regular cotton . Same process just cheaper material to offset specialty from factory
I went to the outlet mall back in February for President's Day weekend and they had great deals, but you are right that, overall, outlet malls don't offer great value.
This is incorrect in so many ways, to say its less quality is an umbrella statement. Their are many items that are just as high quality as in retail locations. Just have to be informed and know what to buy
Yea most of the stuff is made for the outlet but they do have some stuff from the retail I personally love the stuff from Coach I have 3 hats from them the quality is their cause even tho it’s a outlet only product the process to make it is still the same for retail

I got confused when you said diamonds, because at first I thought you meant the actual gem and I was going to buy a bunch of J Crew just to get the diamond stones, LOL!! I scored big during memorial day weekend. I got 5 chinos at jcrew for about $80.
