But still it is like super hard to see the moves, because of the camera. I did some footbag videos myself and I feel that frame rate is really a problem, when it comes to high speed movements.

This is nice, but who the hell started calling them "footbags"? This only leads people to believe a hacky sack is only used with feet, when really you can use your feet, knees, elbows, shoulders, head, and even the back of your hands
Aww, it's such a shame that the bag and floor are of the same color.. Would've been much more visible if the floor (and the clothing) and the bag had had different colors.
