Kumander, the next project you have to do is putting a cctv in all side of the pond and connect it to your celpon so that it is easy to monitor, wherever you go you can monitor what's happeninng to your pond...
That's a nice idea of monitoring whatever is happening when you're not there in your property and they'll tell you what they need. I like how you communicate with the locals. Bless you and your wife, where's she?

I used all solar lights for my whole front and backyard .They’re reasonably priced, very low maintenance and of course, no electric bills to pay. My garden looks great when the lights are on. We had seen utube of very successful Tilapia fish ponds owner that are making a lot of money and they were guided by the dept of Agriculture of the Philippines. Maybe you can revive the fish pond again. Nothing to lose to consult the proper authority on this field. They seem to be very supportive from the utube we had seen. Use a base plate from the concrete joints bolted to your pole. So that when you have repair you dont need to cut the PI tube.
