Any chance you would be willing to share the model? I'm trying to design a brake duct for my NB1 and it looks like you've already cracked the code on a solid design. I'd love to build one that adapts to 3" duct hoses, and also further modify it to bolt up to the fog light brackets built into the car (my NB1 did come with fog lights). Let me know either way! Loving the videos, looking forward to see what projects you come up with next...

I have some of these I'm putting into a custom fog light in my Impreza. They got so hot the melted the 3d print in lest than 5 minutes. I added a voltage regulator to keep the voltage under 10vdc. They stay cool to the touch this way

Good idea! What type of filament was it? Luckily haven’t had any melting issues yet 🤞but if I do I’ll keep that in mind.

Did you ever fix the idle air control valve issue? I replaced mine and still get the idle air code and the wonky idle...its jumping from 12 or 1500 rpm down to 8 or 500 rpm at stop with clutch out. Clutch in, it idles fine.

I think I got lucky, I haven’t had much of an issue since, sometimes I have a low idle if the car is still cold but not much else

Do you think the foglights are small enough to fit inside the nb1 and nb2 signal light spot. I was thinking of doing that to mine

They’re close in size to the NB1 turn signal lens inside the headlight, I like that idea!
