    We were always taught that raw Wahoo (Ono) is also able to be consumed raw without freezing? Your thoughts?

      Fish wise, studies show only tuna do not carry parasites… The possibility exists for all other fish. 😳

    mint and tuna, never would have thought of that combo. A little red bell would brighten up that dish. Sometimes less is more.

      My garden is totally organic! I make my own compost and I harvest lots of fresh ocean kelp. The results are incredible!!

    Where is the soy sauce from? Japan, Korea? Thailand? Vietnam?

      Hey Kevin. Would you believe Smart&Final? Which does tell us anything. But, I've got to admit, I'm clueless regarding the different sources and tastes of soy sauce. Educate us!!!

      @@fishermansbellychannel7374 Japanese and Korean soy sauces are varied and they taste good, both Vietnamese and Thai soy sauces are a bit salty .... depends .... I use them all, different sauces match different dippings
