crazy part is she's an actual paint artist like murals, I glad she realized quickly its not as easy as it seems lol completely different
You did a bomb job!!! And it just made me smile to see that you repeatedly did the lips over and over because when I do nail designs I internally beat myself up or feel like a failure when I keep erasing to try again, or when I do my impatient sister's nail and she wants a design, she makes me feel bad when I erase.
girl! just because I rarely show my struggles doesn't mean I don't. some days you have your good days and some days are bad but trust me no one is perfect. most importantly if its something that I am not 100% confident in I will let them know before hand that it will not be exact but similar because we are not the same artist

A nail tech told me that if you know you're not comfortable doing a certain thing, don't do it no matter what your client says or how much "faith" they have in you to do it. Because they'll be disappointed at the end of the day and you warned them so...
although that may save you from hassle but sometimes I like to challenge myself because that way it'll help me grow and I recommend you do the same. you just have to make sure you let them know 100 times it won't be the same and if they decide to move forward its on them.
That's exactly why so many shops are stuck in the same old same old. They don't try new techniques or venture out of their comfort zone. You'd be surprised what you're capable of if you just try

May I ask a content creator question? It may sound silly but I'm about to start my channel and when you film on your phone do you need a laptop to edit on? Or can you do it on your phone?
U can use both but I think on your phone it takes up a bunch of storage so that’s why ppl get a laptop or Separate phone
I edit right on my phone :) I use iMovie or splice
Question...is there much difference between the sculpted nails and the naturals? Which one should a beginner try first?
yes, the sculpted nails have more of a c curve meant for people with curved nail beds. a beginner should use whatever fits their clients or yourself or preference on what it looks like. you have to analyze the clients nails
