You’d need like 25-30 accounts And no with bulwark you still use Torva. Torva has insane defence and strength bonus which makes it better than justiciar
Best AFK range exp is at MM2 tunnels, 2 dancers, use bonecrusher necklace with rigor and protect melee. 10 min afk, but can get 900K+ exp/hr and don’t even need prayer potions at all.

I can get 900k/h at shamans with 25 minute AFK timing beast so I think your numbers are a bit off. MM2 tunnels are quite a bit better than thay
