I came back here to say that while Lionheart is awesome, he is absolutely not the best healer in the game, Queen Slime is far better. Much higher MP, much higher wisdom, ominheal, and kazing. Queen Slime is infinitely better than Lionheart. I got a Phoenix from an egg and it is a really good healer, too.
I was wondering who to grab for a healer and this seems like it will be my go to for now. Im gonna synthesize to one though so i can have all them extra talent points to pump into it. Thanks for the videos, most are too obscure but these have been perfect
If you go to the website he has linked you can check what the monsters default trait will be thus see its ability. As for the other 2 traits the monster can know, as far as I know those are dependant on what ones you have selected during the synthesis process.

This one's a healer, so wisdom boost, anything with buffs, omniheal, maybe agility boost as well for quick heals
It has Rainmaker, but you can bring Cleric along as well. He gets decreased MP and power boosts to heals.

Idk about queen slime but i think slionheart is better do to his ability to act more than once
