thanks for this. i used to love Lifehouse so much and then for some reason just kinda dropped off. you've inspired me to go back and relisten to them and check out the stuff Ive missed :). definitely check out hanging by a moment and sick cycle carousel off their first album, those are the songs that made me hop on the wagon to begin with

I'm a huge Lifehouse fan & have listened to their entire discography from (2000)No Name Face - (2015)Out of the Wasteland & there isn't a single bad song at all
Sometimes when a Jason and Bryce (the bassist) sing together their voices make this sort of robotic harmonizing sound that is really cool sounding. I think that in Smoke and Mirrors the album they had some vocal effects to fit the vibe but it mostly is his natural voice.
Have the chance to see them in Paris in 2015 for their first time in France... Jason Wades has a silly voice and an amazing lyricist ! 😉
As someone who followed lifehouse since the very beginning, jason has a great voice now but from 2000 to 2007 he had an even deeper and bassier insanely good voice. I recommend you check out "Take me away" live performance on their channel from 2002 or 2003 it was ridiculously good.

I love all of Lifehouse’s albums… you should listen to the first two, I feel like those are most people’s favorite Lifehouse albums. Sadly, people seem to dislike Almeria.

Scorpions - "No One Like You"
Krokus - "Our Love"
Def Leppard - "Bringin' On The Heartbreak"
AC/DC -- "Ride On"
Sacxon - "Broken Heroes"
Krokus ‘Our Love’ is one of the most underrated tunes of the decade.
Funny…your working your way backwards to their better material. The first album and Stanley Climbfall are the real highlights…after that there are good songs but each album gets a little more off track. Got to see them a few times in the early days and his voice is phenomenal. Other tracks to check out; Anchor, Unknown, Disarray, Better Luck Next Time…their biggest hit is probably Hanging By A Moment. Glad you are digging them!
Their music makes you feel good cause if you are really listening most of their songs are about God. Like the songs (Hanging by a Moment) (Broken) and (Breathing) there are alot more. I don't know if you believe in God, but I think you do, remember this when you listen to (Everything) if you don't already know.
They are not (only) about God. Jason Wade said in interviews that it's really up to the listener to interpret. These can also be romantic, or about deeper meaning. In this way, this is part of why Lifehouse's lyrics are powerful.
