Kasi minsan, masyado mong dinadoubt kung tama ba yung sagot na nasa isip mo while reciting pero usually kung ano nga ang unang pumasok sa isip mo, dahil yun ang naaral mo, usually yun ang tama. Pinakaimportante kong nakalimutan ay FAITH at siyempre PRAYERS! My gulay nakakaloka. Sobra sobrang importante dahil gabay ng Diyos talaga ang pinakamalaking tulong sa kahit anong pinagdadaanan. Hi ate isai!! or should I address you as Atty. Rivera? Hehe claim it atty. I just want to let you know that through your blog I decided to pursue law. I was a bit hesitant at first because I do not possess the qualities of a lawyer-to-be such as being confident in public speaking but it has occurred to me that this is what I really want to do. I will try to overcome this fear of public speaking. I don't exactly fear speaking in public but the thing that scares me is that my audience will be law students/judges...what if I make a fool of myself by making a grammatical error or making an invalid argument. I might make myself a laughing stock by being too nervous to speak that I'll stutter. These are my concerns but my passion to become a lawyer outweighs any fear that I have. I am hoping to develop my speaking skills and gain confidence in myself. Anyhow, I took the philippine law school admission test last april 16 and I can feel the excruciating pain of waiting for the result. I really hope I would pass it. Since the philsat is done and it's already summer atty, is it recommendable to read law books this summer or should I let this summer pass? I'm just worried that I won't be geared up with the basics of our law and go to law school empty handed. If you do recommend me to read law books, what books should I read?

After watching your "What's in your bag - Law School Edition" napakalaking tulong talaga nang pi-nost niyo ito. I've even been thinking it would've been a waste of money buying yung mga pens na kakailanganin ko for school just because I love that pen but it seems that law school materials and hoarding note taking tools is important. I've been following you and Sir Lex from Lex in Motion and I've been strongly considering buying the first book from the Revised Penal Code. Is it worth it to buy even if I'm not in law school yet? And also interesado naman ako sa Biology and stuff :) I am happy naman as a lawyer, I'm enjoying my practice. I became a lawyer more of by chance, slightly of choice. What inspires me is becoming better everyday :D

Hello! i watched your videos before I began my first sem in my freshman year. I`m currently in my second sem. I think one of my difficulties is coping up with lots of case readings that I end up reading digests. I`d like to ask lang of people also read digests or ako lang ito? Is this acceptable? Atty. Yung Remedial Law is offered as Remedial Law Review 1 sa 4th year 1st sem sa UE, and Remedial Law is not included in our curriculum from 1st to 3rd year. I wonder why, Remedial Law Review pero di naman namin taken Remedial Law subject till the 3rd year. Is Remedial Law subject included in your syllabus from 1st year in UST?
Usually wala pang rem subjects sa first year. In my experience nagstart siya sa 2nd yr with crim pro. Akala mo lang wala sa syllabus pero incorporated yan, di mo pa lang siguro alam yung mga name ng subjects under Remedial law

Kasi, sa totoo lang, iba't iba kasi sweldo sa bawat trabaho. May mga trabaho na kayang-kaya tustusan ang pag-aaral mo sa law school. Marami akong kaklase nung law school na nagtatrabaho habang nasa law school. Kayang kung kaya nila, kayang kaya mo rin! :)

There's a book series written by beeyotch on wattpad. It somehow gives some facts about law school. By the way, she's a law student also.

Anyhow, I took the philippine law school admission test last april 16 and I can feel the excruciating pain of waiting for the result. I really hope I would pass it. Since the philsat is done and it's already summer atty, is it recommendable to read law books this summer or should I let this summer pass? I'm just worried that I won't be geared up with the basics of our law and go to law school empty handed. If you do recommend me to read law books, what books should I read?

After watching your "What's in your bag - Law School Edition" napakalaking tulong talaga nang pi-nost niyo ito. I've even been thinking it would've been a waste of money buying yung mga pens na kakailanganin ko for school just because I love that pen but it seems that law school materials and hoarding note taking tools is important.
I've been following you and Sir Lex from Lex in Motion and I've been strongly considering buying the first book from the Revised Penal Code. Is it worth it to buy even if I'm not in law school yet? Thank you and more power.

I am happy naman as a lawyer, I'm enjoying my practice. I became a lawyer more of by chance, slightly of choice. What inspires me is becoming better everyday :D

I am a 4th year nursing student and my mind really has been so messed up thinking if I would proceed to law school, if I have enough guts etc.
I really am soo confused, maybe because my mind is pre occupied by the thought that law school is hard, and much more being a lawyer.

Hello! i watched your videos before I began my first sem in my freshman year. I`m currently in my second sem. I think one of my difficulties is coping up with lots of case readings that I end up reading digests. I`d like to ask lang of people also read digests or ako lang ito? Is this acceptable? I feel guilty kasi if I don`t read the full texts. :(

Atty. Yung Remedial Law is offered as Remedial Law Review 1 sa 4th year 1st sem sa UE, and Remedial Law is not included in our curriculum from 1st to 3rd year. I wonder why, Remedial Law Review pero di naman namin taken Remedial Law subject till the 3rd year. Is Remedial Law subject included in your syllabus from 1st year in UST?
Usually wala pang rem subjects sa first year. In my experience nagstart siya sa 2nd yr with crim pro. Akala mo lang wala sa syllabus pero incorporated yan, di mo pa lang siguro alam yung mga name ng subjects under Remedial law

Bukod po sa accountancy(na best daw? but my heart isn't in it eh), ano pa pong mga suggestions niyo? I'm considering taking MassCom or CommArts kasi im interested in writing and i even want to create a film. Kaso ang ikinakatakot ko baka hindi po siya makatulong sa pag la-law ko unlike polsci, legma, and accountancy. Hope you respond po! Any 4 year course can qualify as a pre law course. Yes, you can take Mass Comm as your pre law.

Hmm, in terms of law entrance exams (English), marami ang vocabulary. Well, if my memory serves me right, dun kasi ako pinakanahirapan :) So ayun, brush up on your vocab and siguro try looking for PhilSAT reviewers. :)

1. Yes, pwede kang magtrabaho during or after mo kunin yung bachelor's degree mo.
2. Depende sa sweldo mo. Kasi, sa totoo lang, iba't iba kasi sweldo sa bawat trabaho. May mga trabaho na kayang-kaya tustusan ang pag-aaral mo sa law school. Marami akong kaklase nung law school na nagtatrabaho habang nasa law school. Kayang kung kaya nila, kayang kaya mo rin! :)
