Thanks for your query Ajinkya ji. ECGC buyer se payment nahi leta but buyer and buyer ki country pe pressure dalta hain ki hamare Indian Exporter ka paisa release kero. But Finally buyer payment Exporter ko hi kerta hain ya fir kisi ko nahi karta. Thanks

Thanks for your query Manju ji...Not received goods means you have exported from India and he has not done custom clearance at his country port , right. If this is the case. You can remind him to do custom clearance and still he is not interested and not lifting your phone call or not responding then this would be considered as fraud case. Thanks for your query Sumit Ji. No it's not true but many new Exporters are doing export and sticking in fraud specially in agriculture products and in Dubai Market Which is the extra burden on government. One time situation was such that every third container is coming to ECGC for claim, therefore government putting some restrictions but it's not true that they will not give cover to new Exporters. You can convince them and take Cover for your shipment. Thanks 🌹🌹🙏🙏
