      Thoughts on closing up that cam tunnel from the top, putting in stands? Maybe add some screens? Ever see anyone fab a cam windage tray - close it up similar to new race blocks?

      Sorry, I thought the one you had on the test stand was a 496, I've been waiting to hear that one.

      Yes that one on the engine stand is the 454 we built on the channel...And soon I hope to hear it running.... Thanks for commenting...

    I have a gen 6 454 with 100cc vortec heads. Would you know a piston part number that would be domed to bring compression up and still safe for pump gas?

      Sorry...I don't... I would call a piston manufacturer and talk to them and see if they had anything they could offer that would help you out....
